1. Purpose of the Lottery

The purpose of this lottery is to raise funds to support the organization and operation of the Tournoi Provincial d'Alma sporting events, including community ice sports such as Ballon sur Glace and Hockey Éponge.

All proceeds from the lottery will be used to support tournament organization, community programs, and associated sporting activities in Alma, Québec.

Participation in the lottery is subject to the following conditions:

1. Participants must be 18 years of age or older
2. Participants must be legal residents of Québec
3. Employees, organizers, and individuals directly involved in the administration of the lottery may be excluded from participation
4. Participation is void where prohibited by law

By purchasing a ticket, participants confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements.

4. Ticket Information

Tickets are issued with a unique sequential number.

Tickets may not be duplicated, resold without authorization, or transferred for commercial purposes.

5. Prize Structure

The total prize pool will represent at least 35% of total gross ticket sales, in accordance with Québec lottery regulations.

The exact prize distribution will depend on the total number of tickets sold.

Prizes may include one or more cash awards drawn from the total prize pool.

6. Draw Procedure

The draw will take place on January 29, 2027 in Alma, Québec.

Winning tickets will be selected randomly.

The draw may be conducted:

2. in accordance with procedures approved by the provincial regulator.

All draw procedures comply with the requirements established by the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase.

The organizer will make reasonable efforts to notify the winner within 7 days after the draw.

Winners must claim their prize within 30 days after notification.

Failure to claim the prize within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize in accordance with applicable regulations.
